We deliver across India. Every order is carefully checked, securely packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders reach you within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Customised pieces take a little longer, as they are made especially for you.

If something does not feel quite right, you can request a return or exchange within the window mentioned in our Returns & Refunds policy. The piece should be unworn and sent back in its original packaging along with the invoice.

Please note that customised and engraved pieces are made especially for you, so they cannot be returned.

Your Dayaram silver holds its value. Under our Exchange & Buyback policy, you can bring back your jewellery and exchange it for a new design, or sell it back to us. Its value is calculated on the prevailing silver rate and the weight of your piece, as per our policy terms.
